A colleague of mine qualified to be a contestant on American Ninja Warrior. I wanted to help celebrate this accomplishment with a t-shirt and logo that the staff could wear one day in support of our resident Ninja Warrior. This shirt will actually be worn by the Ninja Warrior when he competes next week. My colleague's friend recommended I reach out to Andy from ProStitch Embroidery. From my initial conversation with Andy, he impressed me with his expertise, honesty, and care. The order I placed was time sensitive as the competition was quickly approaching, and Andy went out of his way, literally, to make sure the order was complete in time. Andy took time out of his holiday weekend to meet me at a halfway point since his business was in a different state. Initially, he was going to ship a certain number of shirts ahead of time to me so enough would be done for the contestant and his audience that would be on the set of American Ninja Warrior. This would have been just fine, but Andy went above and beyond, even with all the baseball orders he had to fulfill at the time, and hand delivered a product to me that the Ninja Warrior and I could not be happier with. I have a few other colleagues who submit t-shirt orders for their school productions each year. I already told them about Andy and ProStitch Embroidery and suggested they consider using their services. If you are going to do business with Andy, you are guaranteed an awesome product, but more importantly, you ensure that you will be working with a professional you can trust and who really does anything in his power to meet and exceed the needs of his customers.
